About the role The Coordinator SHES coordinates guidance and advice on key activities within the Manufacturing Centre or Sub-Regional Area. What you will be doing

• Provides advice in response to SHES queries on policy and process relevant to the Manufacturing Centre or Sub-Regional Area within agreed timeframes
• Participates in continuous improvement processes and problem-solving activities within the Manufacturing Centre or Sub-Regional Area
• Ensures accuracy of information and delivery in agreed timeframes
• Participates in Manufacturing Centre or Sub-Regional Area and company projects as required
• Contributes to the development and implementation of SHES management systems
• Participates and supports SHES assurance activities
• Supports Orica leaders to execute their SHES responsibilities and accountabilities
• Assists in event investigations
• Supports the development of a SHES risk profile
• Implements initiatives to mitigate and prevent SHES risk

What you will bring

• Engineering or science degree in fields related to occupational health & safety.
• With tertiary or technical qualification - up to 2 years experience post qualification.
• Without formal qualifications - up to 10 years of administrative experience, or allocation of work to operators.
• Technical &/or functional business system applications required for tasks (e.g. SAP, SF, Concur, analytics/visualisation tools, engineering software, etc.)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment roles.
• Good understanding of Indonesia Mining Safety Management System Aspect by always prioritizing Safety Value
