• Acquiring Talents: Manage end-to-end recruitment, focusing on Creative, Media, and Digital Marketing talents from entry to mid-level positions.
• Talent Sourcing: Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for core roles using various recruitment sources and techniques.
• Candidate Screening: Review candidate profiles, conduct thorough prescreens, and ensure alignment with technical and cultural fit criteria.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring teams to guide candidates through the recruitment process and refine search strategies.
• ATS Management: Maintain compliance and manage recruitment activities through the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
• Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize data to optimize recruitment strategies and track metrics for better outcomes, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Employer Branding: Promote the agency's brand to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: Contribute to ad-hoc projects at both country and regional levels.

A bit about you

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition. Experience in hiring Tech/SaaS roles would be preferred.
• Familiarity with sourcing methods and recruitment metrics.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to think beyond traditional recruitment methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
