Job Description:
We are looking for a Medical Secretary to support our clinic’s administrative and insurance-related activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient insurance processes, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between patients, doctors, and insurance providers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage insurance claim submissions and coordinate with insurance providers.
- Assist in verifying insurance coverage and patient eligibility.

- Ensure accurate data entry and timely follow-up on pending claims or documents.

- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all patient-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Nursing background (Bachelor or Diploma in Nursing) is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or insurance-related work (healthcare setting preferred).
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken) — mandatory.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems.
