Position: Recruiter - Putra Daerah (Nusa Tenggara & Bali)

Working Location: WORK FROM ANYWHERE at Nusa Tenggara & Bali

Employment Status: Freelance

Reporting Line: report to the Consultant Manager

Salary: Very Attractive Commission Based

Responsibility:

+ Manage the full/end to end recruitment processes (360 degree hiring) from contacting potential customers, finalizing the deals, posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews/required tests, reference checks/background screenings and overseeing the offer acceptance process until onboarding

+ Oversee all aspects of account management, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned customers

+ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets

+ Identify opportunities to grow business with existing and new customers

+ Manage the client and candidate needs/expectations also working to improve recruitment efficiency

Requirement:

+ High passionate Recruiter fresh graduate/final year college student or having minimum 1 year Sales/Recruitment Agency working experience

+ Having a strong drive to succeed in sales, with a passion for identifying talent needs and supporting top talent in finding the right career paths

+ Good negotiator with strong interpersonal, can do attitude, fast learner, energetic, proactive and hands-on

+ Good English with minimum Diploma Degree on any major/in the related field
