We are a Singapore-based Swimming School that is expanding to Indonesia, https://www.justswim.co.id/en/

We're looking for a hungry + self-motivated Business Development Manager (Swimming Coaches) that wants to build a talented team of swimming coaches, grow the team, and build a company with a thriving culture based in Indonesia.

(A) How would you contribute to the team

• Achieve the P&L targets of the company
• Drive revenue growth for the company through setting up of sales and operational departments
• Hire, recruit and manage KPIs for swimming coaches and salespeople
• Pitch owners of swimming pools to allow us to use their swimming pools
• Set up systems to reduce, optimize, automate and delegate internal work processes
• Report to directors on performance of company, and what we're doing to drive further growth

(B) You should only apply for this role if you have:
- Have an EXCELLENT command of English
- At least 5 years of PROVEN managerial experience (i.e positive ROI, ROAS, consistently hitting revenue targets, etc)
- PROVEN track record of entrepreneurial ability or business acumen (i.e proven customer retention rates, ability to hire and grow a team)
- PROVEN track record of hitting revenue targets for a company (i.e proven YoY growth for another company's P&L, structure of managing a company)
- Love children, enjoy planning/ coordinating classes/ schedules and great at talking to or helping parents, this job is for you!
- A process driven mindset, is well-organised, Strong attention to detail (i.e. believes in SOPs, step by step guides, data documentation)
- A positive, problem-solving, open and transparent attitude
- Strong project management skills
- Strong team management and people skills
- Strong management of Google Drive & savvy with Google Sheets
(C) If you are shortlisted for this role, the next steps are:

• Complete a trial assignment.
• Schedule a virtual interview via Zoom.
• You are also expected to have a stable internet connection, working mic and camera setup on your laptop.
• You must show your face and be expected to be in a conducive quiet environment.

• Be ready to reveal your expected salary and negotiate accordingly.

(D) BY APPLYING, YOU AGREE COMMITTING YOURSELF TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Please work full-time from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (5 days a week), in Indonesia time, which is equivalent to Singapore time, from 9 am to 6 pm.
• Be contactable during your working hours and attend our daily meeting at 9 a.m. sharp with your camera turned on to communicate with our team and the client.

(E) Expectations:

• We prioritise efficiency and timely completion of tasks. There may be a need for you to visit the office or travel around to negotiate deals and supervise swimming coaches where necessary. (trips, hotel stays and flights around Indonesia will be fully paid for)
• We encourage showcasing your capabilities and value before salary negotiations.
• This is a full-time employee role without employee insurance. (at the start only. once the company starts having a positive gross profit structure, we will go ahead and buy company/employee insurance)
• You must be able to build SOPs and internal processes. You'll be starting with limited manpower and are expected to hire whoever is key to grow this company from scratch. We're using a top-down approach towards hiring (i.e from the managerial level down to the operational level)
• You are expected to be willing to learn and take on responsibilities that is within your area of expertise. (i.e. Any other ad-hoc tasks)
• You are expected to contribute actively to our mission, vision, and company culture. This includes buying into our vision to build this company up from scratch.
