We are looking for Quality Assurance Engineers to work on the Dropsuite Email backup and recovery product. You will be a part of a global team of product engineers delivering a SaaS platform.

The role is focused on testing of the Dropsuite Email Backup Product which covers the area of backup and archive, restore, download, ingestion, and migration. The Email product focusses on M365, Hosted Exchange and Google Workspace as the Data sources.

You will work very closely with many of our amazing Software, Test Engineers and Leads to deliver quality product features and support improvements to the in-market product.

Work Arrangement

• Full-time position

• Hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office)

• Monday to Friday, 5-day work week (flexible work schedule)

Eligible to reside and work in Bandung (Indonesian citizenship only)

K ey Accountabilities

• Work closely with Product and Development teams to define test strategies and test plans for the roadmap features.

• Take ownership of the areas you have been assigned to test and drive it all the way to production release. Follow schedules and delivery dates for the team.

• Work with a scrum team and participate in scrum ceremonies .

• Share status updates with accuracy.

• Communicate well to technical and non-technical teams.

• Find potential problems on existing features and give inputs for better quality of delivery.

Understand team strategy and participate in building good team atmosphere.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or Technology related field .

• 2 or more years of hands-on in software development as Software Test Engineer / SDET

• Basic understanding and knowledge of Software Quality methodologies, testing tools and Software Quality processes is required .

• Familiarity with other automation frameworks or languages is advantageous .

• Have technical experience with Backend testing
  of a Product

• Have knowledge and experience in API test .

• Have knowledge in CI/CD is a plus .

• Have knowledge in software performance test and security testing is a plus .

• Ability to work in a team as well as individually .

• Have worked with Global teams outside Indonesia is a plus .

Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Indonesian) .
