Our services include part-time maid services, ad hoc home cleaning, office cleaning and commercial facilities services, aircon servicing, home mani/pedis, deep cleaning, and more. Responsibilities:
Provide real-time support to technicians by assisting with job scope clarification, schedule changes, client-related issues, sick leave coverage, and urgent operational matters.
Coordinate vehicle repairs, bike deployments, and technician replacements to minimize service disruption.
Manage and resolve operational tickets, including customer concerns, service complaints, scheduling issues, billing clarifications, and technician-related inquiries.
Support the Sales and Billing teams by investigating booking issues, payment discrepancies, and operational matters affecting revenue.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new technicians, including process briefings, deployment preparation, and operational readiness checks.
Conduct interviews and support recruitment activities for field workers.
Manage the purchase, replacement, and distribution of tools and equipment required for daily operations.
Coordinate driving licence conversion activities, including lesson scheduling, test arrangements, progress tracking, and account top-ups.
Review and follow up on overdue invoices, missing information, and operational discrepancies affecting billing accuracy.
Maintain accurate operational records by conducting audits, updating employee information, and ensuring system data remains up to date.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps and recommending process improvements.
Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.
Solve urgent matters outside of working hours.
Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of experience in Operations, Customer Service, Scheduling, Logistics, Workforce Management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
Comfortable handling operational issues, escalations, and last-minute schedule changes.
Strong attention to detail and able to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Able to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and follow through to completion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets.
Comfortable learning and using multiple systems and platforms for scheduling, ticket management, and reporting.
Experience in service operations, field workforce management, or home services is an advantage.
Experience interviewing, onboarding, or coordinating field workers is an advantage.
Fluent in English & Mandarin, both written and spoken.
A problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure and make practical decisions when issues arise.
Role Details:
Location: Batam, ID
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM SGT, hybrid arrangement (1 day per week from home upon entering full time)
Salary Range: IDR 10,250,000 – 15,850,000
Bonuses: a 13th-month bonus, Performance bonus & Company bonus upon entering permanent status
