British American Tobacco Indonesia has an exciting opportunity for an InternUp – Operations (Quality Assurance) in Malang
Role Statement
The BAT Indonesia InternUP is a 6-month internship program designed to help you transform your potential into real opportunities and grow within our company. It’s more than just an internship, it’s a dynamic learning experience where you’ll flourish, develop key skills, and become a future industry leader.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support product sampling activities and help ensure traceability and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation and release of Certificates of Analysis (CoA).
• Help with digitalization and automation projects to improve QA processes.
• Support data collection, documentation, and analysis for quality and process improvements.
• Participate in trials of new QA systems and provide feedback for improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to learn and support QA initiatives

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Bioprocess Engineering, Chemical engineering, or Data Science with maximum of 1 year of work experience. Final-year university students are welcome.
• Available for a full-time internship for 6 months.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong interest in digitalization and automation projects related to process improvement.
• Familiarity with digital tools (Excel, MATLab, Power BI, PowerApps, digital logs) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
