Position Overview
A Senior Research Analyst in Indonesia typically focuses on commercial real estate market research and analysis, providing insights for investment decisions, market trends, and property valuations.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Analysis: Monitor and analyze Indonesian commercial real estate markets (office, retail, industrial, residential)
Data Collection: Gather market data from various sources including transactions, leasing activity, and economic indicators
Report Writing: Produce regular market reports, research publications, and client presentations
Client Support: Provide research insights to support advisory services and client decision-making
Forecasting: Develop market forecasts and trend analysis
Database Management: Maintain accurate property and market databases

Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
0-5 years of relevant research or real estate experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical analysis tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Knowledge of Indonesian real estate markets and regulations
