We are currently hiring Accounting Officer

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year experience in same position, 1 year internship experiences are welcome
• Strong basic accounting knowledge with accounting standard and tax regulation, finance management, balance sheet analysis, accounting journal, general ledger, accounting and financial analysis, general accounting.
• S1 Majoring in Accounting with Minimum GPA 3.00
• Having experience using finance accounting system.
• High speed and high attention to detail and accuracy, I=initiative, proactive and dynamic person.
• Trustworthy, committed and reliable.
• Able to work independently, and as a team whenever needed.
• Strong communication skill for internal and external purpose and an active English speaker
• Capable to perform multitasking work.
• Has working experience in shipping agency, freight forwarding & Port agency business is a plus!
• Preferably domicile in Jakarta, and willing to be placed in Jakarta Utara (Tanjung Priok)
• Willing to work ovetime on weekdays or weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and executing administration related to bank
• Accurate in payments and familiar with e-banking process
• Manage the submission billing to Clients or Customers
• Able to manage work priority on timely basis
• Produce consistent and regular reports/database using Microsoft software for monitoring.
• Responsible to all accounting activities.
• Provide accurate and timely financial report.
• Financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control, procedures include costing.
• Prepare all taxes reconciliation on timely basis update in a new tax reporting requirement.
• Prepare for annual budget process and capital budgeting.
• Responsible for monthly closing and preparing report to Management
• Assist Manager for daily operational.
• Reconcile accounting data with Holding Company.
