Job Description: Restaurant Manager – Local Food Retail Chain

Job Summary:

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. You will lead the restaurant team, manage financial performance, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Your role is crucial in driving the success and growth of our restaurant chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and effective service.
• Ensure the restaurant adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintain stock levels.
• Implement and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.

Customer Service:

• Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer complaints and inquiries.
