Source products not currently offered (Very crucial) Process orders via email or phone. Check data accuracy in orders. Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries. Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain and update sales and customer records. Stay up-to-date with new products. Send quotations to customers Verify lead times with vendors Answer product and technical questions Other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications Bachelor degree - preferably in Biology or have work experience in a life science laboratory Must possess strong team-oriented skills. Ability to work in both collaborative and independent work environments. Experienced in MS Office (Outlook, Excel in particular). NetSuite ERP experiences a plus. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. A team player with a high level of dedication. High Integrity, Proactive, and Willingness to learn is a MUST
