Deskripsi Persyaratan

• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Risk management and problem-solving skills.
• Technical understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to construction and industrial projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus
• Proven experience (7+ years) in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in industrial or factory settings.
• Experience with multi-factory or multi-site projects is a significant advantage.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Results-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
