  • In depth knowledge of HR Business Process & Implementation.
  • Strong leadership skills, Ability to Manage Team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • English Language Proficiency
  • Ability to provide feedback effectively.
  • Critical thinker and a good analytical thinker.
  • Type of person who is creative, a people person, decisive, has strong problem solving skills, assertive, honest, has high level of integrity, attention to detail.
  • Responsive.
  • Well-organized.
