General Description

Head of Office Strategy Management leads and drives strategic planning and execution across business units, ensuring alignment with the market expansion’s organization long-term goals. This role orchestrates strategic initiatives, facilitates performance tracking, and supports leadership decision-making by providing insights derived from structured analysis and cross-functional collaboration. • Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, identifying risks and proposing corrective actions.
• Facilitate executive-level workshops, strategic reviews, and coordination forums across divisions.
• Partner with Finance, People, Operations and Technology to ensure initiatives are properly resourced and measured.
• Lead strategic communications, ensuring transparency and clarity of direction throughout the organization.
• Oversee the creation of strategic reports, dashboards, and board-level updates.
• Support business transformation or special projects sponsored by top management.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business planning; at least 3 years in a managerial/strategic leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields (MBA preferred).
• Experience in FMCG or similar fast-paced industry is an advantage.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and strategic thinking skills.
