We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team. This opportunity is open to active university students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. As an Human Resources Intern, you will support the Human Resources department in various administrative and Human Resources-related tasks. This internship will provide you with valuable experience in Human Resources practices and help you develop essential skills for your career.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Under supervision and with guidance, you will be involved in learning and assisting with:

• Assist with day-to-day Human Resources operations and administrative tasks.
• Participate in Human Resources projects and initiatives.
• Provide support in employee engagement activities and events.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide general Human Resources support.
• Assist in HR services, including liaising with internal employees and candidates regarding their medical check-ups (MCU)
  and onboarding process.

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• Active University Student in D3/D4/S1. (Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, Psychology or a related
  field.)
• Internship placement is available in McDermott Batam, for 6 Months.
• Applicants should not be participating in another internship program.
• Applicants should have strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to follow instructions.
