In this role, you will be responsible for continuous improvement (CI) activities,cross-function CI strategy, and demonstrate Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality System Management implementation.
In your new role, you will:

• Responsible for continuous improvement (CI) activities by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes that increase optimization, and excel overall performance of Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale aspects.
• Cross-function CI strategy and continuous improvement mindset within Operations Excellence scope.
• Demonstrate Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality System Management implementation.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of Semiconductor experience, or relevant industries (MNC, Electronic)
• Having background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Approach
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all functional units and levels
• Good systematic thinking and planning skills
• Strong in designing and conceptualizing solutions
