I. Job responsibilities

• Responsible for the visit and reception of the factory headquarters in Indonesia;
• Responsible for the meeting management of the factory headquarters in Indonesia;
• Responsible for the catering management of the factory headquarters in Indonesia;
• Responsible for the management of administrative materials in Indonesia;
• Responsible for administrative support in Indonesia;
• Responsible for the logistics support of the factory headquarters in the proposed country and other temporary work assigned by the superior.

II. Job requirements

• College degree or above, administrative management, secretarial, human resource planning and other related majors are preferred;
• More than 1 year reception, Client Server related work experience is preferred, excellent fresh graduates can also be considered;
