About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Intern to join our Medan team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates looking to build hands-on experience in education and migration consulting sales. High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time staff position upon completion.

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in English
• Must be a fresh graduate (diploma/bachelor's degree in any field)
• Graduates from English Study (Sastra Inggris / Bahasa Inggris) or related fields are strongly preferred
• Based in Medan area (required)
• Comfortable making outbound calls and consulting with clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn and meet targets
• Prior exposure to sales or customer service is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist in attracting local students to enrol in courses and universities, and support them with course changes and student visa queries
• Support the team in reaching and converting leads seeking migration and visa application services
• Make outbound calls to potential leads to introduce the company's services
• Provide advice and guidance to prospective clients regarding their inquiries
• Help convert leads into student enrolments under the guidance of senior consultants
• Assist with documentation and support for students' visa application processes
• Help build and maintain positive client relationships

Location : On-Site. RACC Indonesia office, Jl. Komplek Cemara Asri, Jalan Boulevard Timur,

Number 8 MM, Medan, North Sumatra

Pay : Start from Rp. 65.000 / day

Work Hours : 08.00 - 17:00 WIB (an hour lunch break)
