Berikut ini adalah kualifikasi yang harus kamu penuhi untuk melamar Mechanical Engineer QC PT. Dok Warisan Pertama (Paxocean) Batam yang dibuka pada bulan Agustus 2024 ini:

• Conduct inspections and tests on mechanical systems, components, and assemblies, including engines, pumps, piping systems, and other mechanical equipment
• Verify that all mechanical work complies with engineering drawings, specifications, and applicable standards
• Ensure mechanical completion of all mechanical machinery and fitments
• Monitor and control quality of workmanship and materials used in repairs and new builds
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and non-conformance reports
• Prepare and submit quality control reports, including test results, inspection findings, and corrective actions
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and stored in compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Identify and document any deviations from specifications or standards
• Work with the engineering and production teams to develop and implement corrective actions
• Follow up on non-conformance issues to ensure resolution and prevent recurrence
• Liaise with engineering, production, and project management teams to address quality issues and provide technical support
• Inspect and test various types of pumps and engines, propulsion system, valves boilers assemblies cranes and other mechanical machinery used in marine applications
• Ensure correct installation, alignment, and calibration of pumps and machinery
• Conduct performance tests, including flow rate, pressure testing, and operational efficiency and
• Verify pump components such as seals, bearings, impellers, and housings for wear and compliance with specifications
• Check repairs process and its inspection on all major machinery and systems like propulsion stern gears, shafts, rudders propeller fittings and blades, steering gear, gear boxes, winches cranes, engines/generators etc,
• Ensure all compliances as per marine mechanical standards

• Graduate degree holder with minimum 10 years experience as mechanical QC inspectors in shipyards / shipbuilding / ship repairs marine and offshore installations / repairs Or
• Diploma with 15 years of experience as mechanical QC inspectors in shipyards / shipbuilding / ship repairs marine and offshore installations / repairs
