You will be joining our Customer Care Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer Excellence.

Your Role

You will support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, + responding to complaints. Utilizing your strong forwarding + market knowledge, you will provide front line support for customers to ensure customer satisfaction with our International Supply Chain (ISC) products, services + features.

Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding sea freight services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about sea freight schedules, rates, and policies.
  • Assist customers with booking shipments, tracking cargo, and handling documentation.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues related to sea logistics efficiently and effectively.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and improve service quality.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and report findings to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on customer service activities and performance metrics.
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to improve service delivery.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Operations, and Finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Diploma or equivalent;
  • Min of 1 Years Experience, Fresh Grads are encourage to apply.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the logistics or sea freight industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel Basic Formula.
  • Full-time Contract position with standard office hours.
  • May require occasional evening or weekend work to meet customer needs.
  • Office-based role with potential for remote work options.
