Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to immediately fill positions at our operations in Bali as:

TEAM LEADER

Provide direction and ensure that the site works smoothly from one shift to another. Supports the Site Manager in managing the manpower and keeping track of their daily performance.

They will be an expert in all the key responsibilities of a Guest Associate. The element that separates the Team Leader from a Guest Associate is the leadership and training roles. The person is no longer measured on their personal contribution to the organization. Instead they are measured versus the contribution of their team

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Minimum High School graduate with good English communication skill
• To be placed in Bali
• 1 - 2 years’ experience within the hospitality and/or retail industry would be desirable
• A self-motivated fast learner
• Flexible and adaptable
• Has a pleasing personality, and a positive outlook
• An extrovert who does not mind striking up conversations with complete strangers
• The ability to impart knowledge and create and train others within the organization
• Having photography knowledge is an advantaged
