Job Description

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule to meet customer demand and business objectives
• Manage the material requirements planning (MRP) process, including inventory management and procurement coordination
• Analyze production capacity, resource constraints, and material availability to create feasible and optimized production plans
• Identify and resolve production planning and scheduling issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Continuously monitor and analyze production performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to the Supply Chain Manager on production planning, scheduling, and optimization
• Collaborate with production, inventory, and purchasing teams to ensure alignment between planning and execution
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the overall supply chain efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree, Supply Chain / Business Administration / Management / Engineering or related
• Certified of CPIM (Certified of Planning and Inventory Management) or CSCA (Certified Supply Chain Analyst) or equal
• Experiences 3 years at Supply Chain and planning
• Fluent in English
• Experience Microsoft excel (Minimal Intermediate) and ERP System
• Interpersonal skill and well communicate with internal dan external
• Self-initiative, Problem solver, and result driven
• Strong leadership and manage team effectively
• Well communication skill
