What you'll do

• • Grow Lalamove offline presence on the street by keep increasing the number of Lalamove sticker drivers and Lalabag
  • Manage all offline presence operations activity consist of acquisition and retention of the Lalamove Sticker Drivers.
  • Maintain driver communication initiatives (phone call, WA, and in-app notification) in relation to inviting drivers to come to hubs, also educating drivers about sticker SOP.
  • Lead and monitor the team of 3 driver operation supports
  • In charge of the offline presence inventory (stock availability for sticker & Lalabag, weekly stock inventory) and distributions
  • Reporting to Offline Presence Lead

What you'll need

• • Graduated from a reputable university. Majoring in operations management and industrial engineering is preferred

  • Familiar with Google Spreadsheets
