Job Descriptions:

• Supporting smooth operations in various divisions (export-import, port agency, liner agency) and ensure the completeness of operational documents and smooth operational activities.
• Manage important company documents and data, including manual and digital archiving and create comprehensive financial, operational and other administrative documents reports.
• Communicate with clients/customers, vendors, principals, vendors and stakeholders regarding import-export services, operational, and problem solving.
• Assisting the sales team with the preparation of offers, customer data analysis, and smooth sales activities.
• Assist management in preparing agendas, schedules, and other personal administrative needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimal 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced company industry or project company
• Willing to work mobile, business trip and willing to be contacted regarding work matter outside office hour (24 hours standby)
• Have excellent communication skills with all levels of people, cross département, stakeholders, principals and vendors in Bahasa or English (oral and written)
• Experienced in Google Workspace (Docs, Spreadsheet), Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word and Excel) and project management tools (Trello / Notion), familiarity with ERP system is a plus!
• Excellent administration skills and ability to create comprehensive and detail reports, organized and high attention to details
• Good personality, good time management, ability to multitask, able to work with minimum supervision, dynamic person, team player, trustworthy, patience, polite, proactive, have high motivation to work and willing to listen & learn
