You will be responsible to assist Treasury Manager in order to maintain stability to Group company cashflow and ensure sufficient fund to meet ongoing operational and business forecast. Ultimately, provide smooth process for payments within the Group.

What you will do:

• Maintain cash flow positions and related borrowing need.
• Manage daily bank statement account balance, and perform monthly bank
• reconciliation.
• Process and execute any payment process for 5 countries.
• Monitor payment to investor.
• Maintains lenders loan reports, including loan agreements, interest rates, WHT etc.
• Handle bank documentation & supporting data for bank account opening / KYC / bank facilities etc.
• Ensure sufficient funds to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
• Prepare data and charts for Asset-Liability Committee (ALCO) meetings
• Help other ad-hoc requests within Treasury, e.g. transfer receipts, simple reports.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience will be considered for Treasury Staff.
• Adequate proficiency in English written and speaking skills.
• Intermediate / Advance in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detailed with little margin for errors.
• Self-direct work efforts to meet deadlines.
• Willing to take initiatives and be a direct contributor.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Consistent to produce high-quality work.
• Team player with initiative, willingness to learn, and building a positive team culture.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
