What you’ll do

• Lead and coordinate production teams, including field producers, location coordinators, freelancers, and support staff
• Ensure shoots follow all Atlas capture standards, including consent, demographics, and data security
• Monitor team performance, workflow efficiency, and adherence to guidelines
• Identify risks or blockers and resolve them before they impact production
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation for smooth operations
• Maintain clear operational documentation and communicate progress to leadership

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Scope Management

• Review and interpret project briefs
• Develop detailed execution plans (timeline, staffing, locations, equipment)
• Establish daily and weekly output targets
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies
• Ensure alignment between scope, resources, and delivery timelines

Team Oversight & Operational Leadership

Oversee production teams including:
