Requirements
Minimum SMK/Diploma in Culinary, Pastry, or related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
Solid knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and baking equipment.
Strong creativity and attention to detail, with ability to innovate new products.
Good teamwork and leadership skills to guide kitchen staff.
Responsibilities
Prepare and supervise the production of pastries, breads, and desserts.
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation across all pastry products.
Monitor inventory, raw materials, and pastry-related equipment.
Train and support junior staff in pastry-making techniques.
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in the pastry section
