What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital platforms and application development initiatives, from solution design and planning through deployment, integration, and ongoing enhancement.

  • Drive the successful execution of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed.

  • Partner with clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and impactful technology solutions.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous learning, and engineering excellence.

  • Provide technical leadership on architecture, development approaches, system integrations, and technology decisions that support long-term scalability and maintainability.

  • Champion engineering best practices, governance, security standards, coding quality, and continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.

  • Identify and proactively manage delivery risks, technical challenges, dependencies, and operational issues to maintain project momentum and delivery confidence.

  • Build trusted relationships across stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners while providing clear visibility into project progress, priorities, and outcomes.

A Bit About You

  • At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, application development, or technology delivery environments.

  • Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex digital products, platforms, or enterprise applications.

  • Strong track record managing both technical delivery and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams.

  • Comfortable engaging with engineers, business stakeholders, clients, and senior decision-makers alike.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, application architecture, systems integration, security, and engineering best practices.

  • Able to balance technical depth, commercial realities, and delivery commitments while maintaining high standards of quality.

  • A people-first leader who enjoys developing engineering talent, building strong teams, and creating an environment where engineers can do their best work.
