CHONTEA & CHON MATCHA- is a specialty matcha house in Ubud, Seminyak, Jimbaran and our new branch in Kuta, Bali. We serve Japanese tea & matcha, loose leaf tea and sweets. In the middle of busy districts, we are the oasis for people to have peaceful atmosphere, people gather and share their time over a specialty tea, coffee and matcha.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare, brew & serve tea and matcha drink
• Prepare & cleaning tea bar area
• Communicate in friendly manners with customers
• Communicate in a good way with other team members
• Day to day operational, operate cashier system
• Upselling matcha and tea products

Requirements:

• Have basic knowledge about tea
• 1-2 years experience in fast moving (chain) café/ tea shop
• Good grooming and good communication skills (incl. English)
• Confident, friendly, you love to talk to people
• Willing to learn and passionate about tea
• Fluent in English
• Good communication skills, confident
• Organize, high hygiene standard, good grooming standard
