Job Description

As a part of the Product team, we will help our Japanese startups in eSports, AI and Blockchain. You will be assigned to one of the projects and work as a Frontend Engineer to achieve their business goal.

Responsibilities

• Driving forward Web development for our products.
• Helping to support and extend the core platform
• Implement front-end infrastructure components.
• Design new web-services
• Create unit tests and integration tests to ensure quality.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in React.js
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS, proficiency in JavaScript/jQuery, and experience with responsive JavaScript and CSS frameworks such as React.js
• Experience with Node.js, npm, Webpack.
• Familiarity with Testing/Debugging tools.
• Should be able to set up, create, and maintain unit tests and integration/functional tests.
• Fluent in English (note: pull requests are expected to be written in English)

Other Requirements

• 5+ years of working experiences of Front Engineer
• Must have Skills of React.js
• Candidate must have 1+ years of working experience as a Senior, Lead, or Principal Software Engineer in Traveloka, Tokopedia, Gojek, Bukalapak, Grab, Blibli, Shopee, Tiketcom, Garena, OVO, DANA, and Ajaib

Bonus if you have

• Experience with ReactNative, Swift or Kotlin
• Contributions to or active participation in the OSS community.
• Experience in the development and operations of large scale web services

Conditions

• Full Remote
• Must be able to work 20+ hours per week
• Hourly rate : 1600 JPY ~ 2200 JPY
