• Responsible for the end-to-end development and delivery of small to medium size features and services
• Responsible for the specific lifecycle of stories: development, testing, and subsequent fixes and improvements.
• Communicate, collaborate, and work effectively across all the pods in your team.
• Able to adapt and follow engineering guidelines and best practices
• Implements code that is clear, concise, performant, tested, and easily understood by others.
• Participate in code review
• Reaches out to the product team to clarify the requirements for the story they are working on
• Responsible for measuring tasks' story points and delivering them on time

Requirements:

• At least 1 - 2 year of relevant software development experience through internship stints and/or college projects
• Fast learner and adaptable to learning new programming languages with a growth mindset
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in team environments, fostering synergy, and contributing positively to collective goals.
• Proficient in identifying challenges, analyzing root causes, and implementing innovative solutions to drive efficiency and success.
• Good skill in design, development, testing, and deploying applications with any programming language.
• Knowledge in OOP, NoSQL, Data structures, and Algorithms.
• Familiar with git command and concept
• Actively engage with colleagues to clarify any uncertainties and ensure smooth understanding and collaboration.
