Position Overview:

We are currently seeking skilled and creative Video Editors to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for Realtors, adhering to our standard video guidelines and deadlines. This is a volume-based role, and candidates should be capable of efficiently editing videos while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and enhance video footage to meet Home Sweet Home Productions' standard video guidelines.
• Work closely with the team to understand project requirements and deliver content that aligns with our client's needs.
• Meet daily editing targets (except Sundays) while ensuring the quality of each project is maintained.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain consistent communication and ensure smooth workflow.
• Adapt to the fast-paced nature of the job, demonstrating the ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• High-speed and reliable internet access is essential for remote work.
• Candidates must provide screenshot proof of their internet speed.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing work.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively.
• Experience in the real estate industry or similar fast-paced environments is a plus.

Training:

Selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training to familiarize themselves with Home Sweet Home Productions' standard video guidelines and editing processes.
