General Manager

The ideal candidate should bring a wealth of manufacturing and engineering experience. Your strong leadership skills and excellent strategic planning abilities in previous roles will motivate the teams toward continuous improvements in operational efficiency to achieve organizational goals.

Job Descriptions

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve set objectives.
• Oversee plant operations, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and safety standards are met.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of quality control.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing/engineering industry is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent strategic planning abilities with a focus on operational efficiency and performance improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
• Good understanding of local Indonesian workplace and employment laws
• Good understanding and ability to speak Bahasa, Indonesia
