Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from Communication area or the same field.
• At least having 1 years of working experience in the same functions.
• Experienced from leasing company is a MUST.
• Ability of leadership & create network.
• Ability of communication & negotiation.
• Willing to do business trips.
• Have a license of motorcycle (SIM C).

What will you do:

• Working together with client and personnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment and people quality.
• To monitor the outsourcing employee’s performance especially for their respective area (area of responsibility if necessary).
• To approach the outsourcing employees to solve fraud cases.
• To perform anti fraud & training program periodically based on company regulations or SOP of company / clients.
• To support the process of fulfillment MP which build the collaboration with other parties to get the candidates and perform the selection process.
• To do process of employee’s administration & legality process on local DISNAKER.
• To do the onboarding process for new employees.
• To do the training, coaching & counseling for outsourcing employees.
• To coordinate & communicate with the leaders of local clients about fulfillment of MP, employee’s performance. result & working process with the approach of deduction number of fraud.
