Job Description:

• Supervise and ensure the smooth operation of daily store activities.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures in accordance with company standards.
• Plan and execute in-store events to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Provide training, development, and guidance to the team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Ensure all team members understand and follow operational procedures and company policies.
• Monitor and manage store inventory.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the retail industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in managing large teams (20+ people) in a retail environment, especially in the beauty or fashion industry.
• Strong knowledge of store operations, including inventory management and sales reporting.
• Ability to plan and manage in-store events.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and management.
• Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
