Retail Engagement Executive (REE)

You will be responsible to execute direct selling distribution and build good relationship in General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) that will promote product visibility and availability through integrated trade programs activities to maximize consumer potential

Supervisor Retail Engagement (SRE)

• Planning, monitoring and controlling the implementation of trade marketing activities
• Managing, implementing, and evaluating territory and channel’s strategy to ensure excellent execution in line with outlet’s potency and consumer preference
• Managing and implementing strong business relationships with all stakeholder

Who are we looking for REE & SRE?

• Minimum of Bachelor degree (S1); open for fresh graduates
• Excellent relationship building, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good analytical thinking & good business acumen (utilize networking and able to identify different business potentials)
• Good knowledge on customer service & satisfaction management and direct selling skills
• Able to create efficient ways of working (planning, coordinating and excellent execution)
• Showing drive for results and willingness to achieve more
• Willing to work in field
• Have a driver license (SIM) type C / A
• Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia (*if neede

For active students, we are also opening Commercial Intern position, with details below...

• Develop creative campaigns that resonate with the Zillenials’ values and lifestyle
• Create experiential marketing strategies to engage Zillenials through interactive and memorable brand experiences
• Assist Consumer Engagement team in planning and deployment of consumer activation strategy and initiatives in line with the brand objectives for combustible cigarette (CC) product across various consumer touchpoints, including online and offline channe
• Understand market insights to help in developing strategies for brand building and consumer activations progra
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help support and coordinate all consumer activation activitie

Who are we looking for Commercial Intern?

• Currently enrolled (not yet graduated) in a BSc or MSc program with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 from Marketing, Management, Communication, or related field
• Have excellent analytical thinkingHave ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop unique campaign idea
• Have excellent communication and presentation skil
• Passionate about engaging Zillenial Culture and lifestyl
• Fluent in English both oral and writte
• Eager to learn and adapt in fast-paced marketing environment
