Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Development Manager to join our exceptional team. As a Sales Development Manager, your contribution will be vital in driving revenue growth and expanding our business.
Location: The Candidate can be based in Vietnam, Indonesia or Thailand
Responsibilities:
Support the enablement and implementation of data-science and omni-channel capabilities
Generate demand for the Chemicals portfolio and achieve revenue targets
Collaborate with divisional leadership to develop effective innovation strategies and define product strategy roadmap
Lead the strategic direction for the region and manage the sales team to drive sales strategies and meet objectives
Analyze market conditions and identify areas of new opportunity to grow the portfolio
Develop strong relationships with customers and channel partners within the assigned territory
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Life Sciences or related fields
5+ years of relevant experience in managing customers and sales in Laboratory Chemicals or Consumables industry
Knowledge of life sciences and workflows, particularly in genomics
Strong channel management experience advantageous
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Proven track record working in a matrix environment
Ability to travel as needed
