• Responsible for managing all activities related to the implementation of VDI system services and Microsoft Cloud components, including technical aspects such as troubleshooting, management, maintenance, analysis, and implementation according to the plan.
  
• Prepare specialized reports related to utilization, resource trends/forecasts, optimization, and workload security, including security hardening, patching, threat activity, and incident handling.
  
• Responsible for managing the overall operations of VDI system services and Microsoft Cloud components, including technical aspects of system backup and restoration (recovery).
  
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for daily operations and maintenance of the VDI system.
  
• Prepare regular monthly reports and analyses related to performance, incidents, and system changes (change management) for VDI system services.

• Minimum Qualifications: Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1)

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer specializing in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)

• Possess a professional certification in VDI Software or Microsoft Azure Cloud Certified
