What you’ll do:

• • Manage all operational activities in Medan office from driver partner acquisition and onboarding, order fulfillment, and driver education
  • Initiate driver acquisition and sticker installation activities in Medan Area
  • Monitor drivers operations support activities on making callout, sticker installation, and distribute drivers attributes
  • Collaborate with Marketing team for driver's lead generations activities

Requirements:

• • Graduate from reputable university majoring in management, operations or any related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in operations department
  • Fluent in English would be preferrable
  • Have experience in leading and managing small team

  • Willing to be placed in Medan (Sumatra Utara)
