Main Responsibilities: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team in Bali. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our hotel operations. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure the smooth running of our hotels on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:
Staff Management:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team across various departments.
• Develop and implement staff schedules and rosters.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Vendor Management:

• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong technical knowledge of hotel operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
