Position Overview
We are looking for a Partnership Manager who is passionate about connecting with people and building meaningful collaborations. You’ll be the bridge between Camu Organics and our partners — including venues, communities, influencers, and wellness brands across Bali.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with venues, communities, and event partners.
• Research, contact, and manage collaborations with influencers (KOLs).
• Develop partnership strategies and activations aligned with the brand identity.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create impactful joint content and campaigns.
• Manage communication, deliverables, and performance reports for each partnership.
• Explore opportunities for sponsorship or brand collaborations within the wellness and eco community.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Comfortable being in public and representing the brand professionally.
• Good communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to work proactively.
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
• Experience in marketing, PR, or partnership roles is a plus.
