In your new role you will:

• Establish high level of competency for Teradyne system (Flex,ETS-88) and knowledge on Advantest tester (V93K Power) are necessary
• Show a moderate level of test application and test package development for Power IC product
• Lead and drive external test service to oversee and buy off test program development and deliver to internal stakeholders
• Integrate the test package into the test cell system and implement essential qualification and buy-off for production
Generate data-based problem statements and success criteria

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Master/Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 12 years relevant experiences on ATE, test application, tester hardware and test program development
• Good experience on PCB /tester board design for mixed signal application
• Strong communication skills with functional, stakeholders, and management
• Strong analytical/problem skills - ability to identify embedded correlations
• Ability to generate data-based problem statements and success criteria
• An electromechanical or hardware derived work history/education
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Effective project management skills achieving goals and timelines.
