Berikut ini adalah deskripsi kerja yang harus penuhi untuk mengisi Operations Specialist PT Crane Worldwide Logistics Indonesia Surabaya yang dibuka pada 10 Juli 2025 ini:

Job Description:

• • Receive review, and process inquiry or shipping instruction from customer/sales/overseas
  • Checking cargo data and CIPL for both international and domestic shipment
  • Arrange Moda transportation and communication with vendor
  • Direct monitoring for loading/unloading cargo for every shipment
  • Ensure every loading/unloading are conducted safely and according to customer and Indonesia’s law and regulations
  • Provide daily report to customers and do daily monitoring with communication with vendor.
  • Review import HBL (House Bill of Lading), MBL (Master Bill of Lading) & CIPL (Commercial Invoice & Packing List Docs) from origin office

  • Coordinating with airlines, managing AWB (Air Waybill), export/import clearance with airport customs

  • Booking with shipping lines, managing SI/SO, VGM submission, port coordination

  • Coordination with domestic trucking providers, waybill (Surat Jalan), GPS tracking, POD collection

  • Track and trace cargo as necessary to insure proper movement and delivery.

  • Submitting manifest in CEISA

  • Coordination with Customs Clearance Department for PEB/ PIB

  • Provide accounting department with proper and correct billing information.
  • Communicate with clients regarding disposition of Freight (i.e. tracking & tracing, routing & dispatching, and rate quotations).
  • Communicate with vendors/suppliers regarding shipment dispatch, routing, pricing, and rates.
  • Communicate & correspond with other Company branches and agents for client satisfaction, and ensure excellent service execution.
  • Seek the most profitable mode of shipment, yet meet client’s requirement for the movement of freight.
  • Sending original invoice and supporting documents to customers.
  • Help implement Quality, Health, Safety and Environment objectives set up specific for the branch and its operational basis.
