We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team at Komodo Resort in Sebayur Island, East Nusa Tenggara. In this contract position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and exceeds their expectations.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, and assisting them with check-in and check-out procedures
• Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Resolving any guest complaints or issues that may arise during their stay
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and local area attractions
• Providing recommendations and assistance to guests to enhance their overall experience
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or guest-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly to resolve guest issues
• Proficiency in English and the local language, with the ability to communicate effectively
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• A positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude towards guests and colleagues
