We are currently seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our client, a direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand based in the US. As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling video content that showcases our client's products and tells their brand story.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and enhance videos, ensuring they meet the brand guidelines and creative vision of our client
• Cut and arrange footage, add transitions, graphics, and effects to create visually engaging videos
• Create engaging and effective product demonstration videos
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop video concepts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new editing techniques to continuously improve the quality of video content
• Ensure all projects are completed within deadlines and meet the highest standards of quality

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Video Editor or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Experience in working with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands is preferred
• Strong knowledge of current video editing techniques and trends
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
• Uses TikTok / Meta
• Experience with capcut , premiere pro or Final Cut but preferably cap cut
• Experience working with English brand’s video ads on Facebook / Instagram
• Decent understanding of Facebook ads manager so we can clearly communicate results of edits
• Can provide video examples of edits made in the past (portfolio)
• Understands iterative testing for Facebook ads such as testing video hooks, bodies , headlines, etc
• Fluent in English
