Summary of Position :

Otten Coffee *Retail Sales Assistant* works on the retail shop providing assistance directly to customers. Your duties include greeting customers who enter the store, managing Point of Sale system an helping customers find their coffee needs in the store to secure purchases.

We go above and beyond in Indonesia coffee Industy with seemless shopping and coffee experience. You are supportive of the team you work with as you all grow together.

If you are someone who are coffee lovers, fun, self motivated, friendly and love to assist customers from zero knowledge to coffee enthusiast with many products and services, You'll be glad you applied to Otten Coffee.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain customer satisfaction through superior service
• Maintain a clean store and ensure that merchandise is presented in an appealing manner
• Receive and unload new shipments
• Keep shelves fully stocked with merchandise
• Stay up to date with merchandise, especially new products
• Determine customers needs and wants and recomending products and demonstrating how coffee brewing equipment works.
• Highlighting the differences between items, and educating customers about brewing methods and experiences.
• Informing customers about sales, promotions and policies
• Taking payments for purchases and packaging purchases
• Adhere to company guidelines and procedures
• Cleaning, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Taking inventory count periodically

Qualifications :

• Passionate about coffee and eductation
• Experience in sales is preferred
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be attentive to customers needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction
• Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask and be flexible
• Product and knowledge of sales standards and customer service routines
• Must have proficient math skills to handle cash and credit card payments
• Basic computer skills
• Must have a positive work attitude and team player
• Be able to follow simple directions and demonstrate accountability.
• Ability to manage schedules and inventory
• Salary UMP Bandung 2025

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

• Barista: 1 year (Preferred)
