We’re looking for an Intern to join our APAC Talent Acquisition Team, this role will be based in our Buncit Raya office.

What you’ll do

• Arrange and follow up on interview related matters, timely communication with interviewers, candidates and hiring managers;

• Assist the talent acquisition manager to complete the recruitment data analysis work;

• Support campus hiring, bridge intern hiring information between hiring manager and vendors

• Other support tasks, such as assisting hiring managers in organizing monthly meetings and recruitment-related activities

• Exposure to a range of activities related to recruitment and employer branding, including but not limited to campus recruitment, Top Employer Selection, etc.

• Maintenance of recruitment system - Workday

• Prepare different presentations using Canva or PowerPoint

Your qualifications

• Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months internship program

• Able to work on-site (Buncit Raya) at least three times a week

• Proficiency in Canva, Excel and PowerPoint
