As Engineer Environment, Safety & Health you are responsible to ensures a safe work environment by conducting risk assessments and audits, enforcing compliance with Indonesian regulations and ISO 45001, leading incident investigations, and delivering training to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Conduct job safety hazard and risk assessment to identify potential hazard in work flow, machinery and facilities
• Ensure all operations strictly adhere to local, state, and Indonesia safety related regulations as well as implementation of ISO 45K1. Stay updated on changing safety laws and standards
• Lead investigations into accidents, near-misses, and property damage
• Perform regular audits and site inspections to monitor compliance with safety programs and identify unsafe conditions or behaviour
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees. Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement across the organization.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Public Health, Science, and Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing, Safety Management
• Familiar with Indonesia regulation related to Occupational Health and Safety
• AK3U certified
