• Analytical skills to measure training effectiveness and ROI.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in learning and development, instructional design, or corporate training roles.
• Experience in both up-skilling and re-skilling programs is preferred.
• Familiarity with the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS)

• Creative and innovative in designing learning solutions.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Collaborative and able to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
